E. Ivette Cota-Rivera received a M.Eng. from the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC, Universidad Autonoma de Baja California). In 2016, she received her Ph.D. in Energy Engineering and is currently working as a pro fessor in the Energy Engineering program at the Polytechnic University of Baja California (UPBC, Universidad Politecnica de Baja California). Her research interests include energy efficiency and sustainability, artificial intelligence, energy science and technology, as well as programming
