Enas Amdeha

Enas Amdeha , Researcher at Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI), has her B.Sc. degree in special chemistry, 2007, from the faculty of science, Al-Azhar University with a grade of Very Good with Honor Rank, and has her Master's degree in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry, 2012, from faculty of science, Al-Azhar University, in water treatment using agricultural wastes. She got her PhD in Applied Physical Chemistry, in 2017, from the faculty of science, Al-Azhar University, in water treatment via photocatalysis using agricultural waste-derived activated carbon. Moreover, she has a patent on “Method for preparing activated carbon (AC) from dried sugar cane waste in nanosize” patent No. 29959 – Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) – Patent office (2020), Egypt. She published many articles in Scopus indexed journals and working now in the preparation of nanomaterials specially waste-based-nanomaterials and their applications especially in water treatment via different techniques, e.g., adsorption and photocatalysis. She is an associate member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (AMRSC), and a member of the Egyptian Chemical Society (Member of the Union of Arab Chemists). She is a Mendeley advisor and acts as a reviewer for many international journals.
