Hande Mutlu Ozturk

Hande Mutlu Öztürk was born in Ordu on 14.06.1982. She completed her primary education in France and secondary and high school education in Istanbul, Turkey. In 2005, she graduated from Pamukkale University Food Engineering Department. In 2007, she completed her master's degree at Pamukkale University, Institute of Science. In 2011, she completed her Ph.D. at Ege University, Institute of Science and Technology. Between 2009-2013, she worked as a lecturer in Pamukkale University, School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management Department. In 2013, she started to work as Assistant Professor at Pamukkale University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. She speaks fluent French and good English. She is married and has 2 children.
