Jaroslav DvorakJaroslav Dvorak , born in 1974, Ph.D. in Political Sciences in 2011. He was visiting researcher at Uppsala University (2017), Institute of Russian and Eurasian Studies, Sweden, and visiting professor at Bialystok Technical University (2017), Poland. Jaroslav Dvorak is involved in the editorial board of international scientific journals. Jaroslav Dvorak is a professor and head of the Department of Public Administration and Political Sciences at Klaipeda University, Lithuania. He has executive and expert experience in national and international institutions. He was the Klaipeda University representative on the Klaipeda regional development council (2019-2021). He is a member of the Research Board at People Powered.
