Joana Santos got her master’s degree in Digital Marketing in 2021 from Polytechnic of Porto – Institute of Accounting and Administration (ISCAP). Her research interest arose after the delivery of her master's thesis, where she has been studying purchasing behaviour and digital strategies during the pandemic period.
