Jésica Alhelí Cortés Ruiz has a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from the Higher School of Commerce and Administration and an MSc in Systems Engineering from the Higher School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. She is a specialist in transdisciplinary systems and has authored chapters of dissemination books and various articles in research journals.
