Macarena López-Fernández

Macarena López-Fernández , PhD, is a professor in the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, at the University of Cádiz (Spain). She has undertaken various courses specializing in Management competences, HRM and Business Organizations. She also teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in subjects such as, HRM, Managerial Skills, and Organizational Behavior. Her research interest covers different aspects of Human Resource Management in organizations and Socially Responsible HRM. She is also Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Human Resource Management on the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Cádiz.
