Maria Teresa Ramìrez-Garzòn

Maria Teresa Ramìrez- Garzòn has a PhD in Administration from the University of Celaya (Mexico), master’s in teaching from the University of La Salle, specialist in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from the EAN University, with extensive experience in teaching at a national and international level. Experience as a researcher and co-investigator in topics such as organization management, competitiveness, sustainable management and corruption in micro, small and medium-sized companies and as an advisor and consultant on issues related to organization management in both private and public companies. Ability to lead groups and work as a team in the development of research projects in which articles, book chapters and books have been published. Ability to make decisions in a professional manner and to assess projects and products resulting from research as a Peer Evaluator.
