Mattia Martini

Mattia Martini is Associate Professor in Management at the Department of Business and Law, University of Milano-Bicocca. He is an expert in Organization, Human Resources Management and Labour Market and his research activity concerns the following topics: governance systems of services in the labour and training sectors; strategies and services for the development of human capital and employability; sustainable HRM, business ethics and management of sustainable innovation. He is the Scientific Director of BOLERO – Business for Society Innovation Digital Research Platform. He teaches the course “Organizational Development and Human Capital” and the course “Management and Sustainable Innovation” in the Master degree course MAGES (Management and Design of Services), and the course Business Structures and Processes in the Bachelor degree course SCOR, Scienze dell’Organizzazione at the University of Milano-Bicocca. He is Director of the Master course MASPES – Sport management and events, at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
