Mohammad J. Jamali

Mohammad J. Jamali is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Italian Studies of the University of Toronto. Since 2016, he has worked on Mario Pratesi’s archives at the E.J. Pratt Library of Victoria University in Toronto. In 2019, when he started his doctoral studies in the Department, he began a sociolinguistic project focusing on the issue of gender disparity and gender identity in Italian, which he continues to carry forward, parallel to his main thesis on Pratesi.
