Rebecca M. Melton

Rebecca Melton serves as Faculty in the School of Business at Western Governors University, teaching courses in Human Resources and Business. She earned a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelors in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. With more than 25 years of experience in Leadership, Operations and Human Resources, she holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. Further, she is a certified Vocational Expert in the Franklin County Domestic Courts. At the university level, she serves on the Student Conduct Board and the Faculty Learning Community.
