Richa Goel is Assistant Professor-Economics and International Business at Amity International Business School, Amity University Noida. She is a Gold Medalist in her Master of Economics with dual specialization at master level accompanied with an MBA in HR. She is a Ph.D. in Management where she had worked for almost 6 years in the area of Diversity Management. She has a journey of almost 20+ years in academics. She is consistently striving to create a challenging and engaging learning environment where students become life-long scholars and learners. Imparting lectures using different teaching strategies, she is an avid teacher, researcher, and mentor. She has to her credit numerous Research Papers in reputed national and international journals accompanied with hundreds of Research participation in International/National Conferences including FDP, MDP, and Symposiums. She is serving as a member of the review committee for conferences and journals and also handling many Scopus International Peer-Reviewed Journals as Lead Editor for regular and special issue journals. She is acting as the special issue editor of Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment, JSFI abstracted and indexed in the Chartered Association of Business Schools Academic Journal Guide (2018 edition) and Scopus. She is also acting as the Lead Editor for Amity Global Business Review-Journal an International Peer Reviewed. She has many books to her credit by renowned publishers. Her area of interest includes Business Restructuring, Fusion of Technology with International Business, Sustainability, Human Resource Management, and Diversity Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Role of New Age Technologies. She is a member of different Societies and professional bodies including the member of World Economic Association, Member of Bar Council, Human Resource Benchmarking Association, and many more.
