Showkat Ahmad Wani

Showkat Ahmad Wani is serving as Assistant Professor, School of Law, Alliance University Bengalurru (India). Earlier, Dr. Wani was associated with School of Law, Lovely Professional University (India). Dr. Wani has so far written 30 research papers in various reputed journals. He has also presented more than 40 research papers at various National and International Conferences. His key research areas are Constitutional law and Human rights. Dr. Wani has also contributed to valuable legal assistance to the Under-Trail Prisoners in collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Science (India) to the venerable classes. Dr. Wani has supervised eight students in LLM dissertation. In addition, three Ph.D. Scholars have competed their Thesis under his supervision. Dr. Wani is a chief editor in one book Legal Metamorphosis in Contemporary India. Dr. Wani is very keen in Research and Human Rights & strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace.
