Sin Man Li

Sin Man Li is currently pursuing an MSc in Library and Information Management from the University of Hong Kong, complementing her Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Broadcasting from the City University of Hong Kong. With a solid academic background, she brings valuable expertise to her role. Previously, she was a Project Coordinator at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, gaining experience coordinating multimedia projects and designing editorial materials. She also held the position of Executive Manager at the University Grants Committee Secretariat, assisting in coordinating policy inputs and facilitating the discussion on higher education policy and the latest academic developments in Hong Kong. Her research interests include E-learning, Art and Culture, Digital transformation of cultural institutions, and Knowledge Management.
