Vanessa Estefania Merino Chiliquinga is with the Universidad Estatal de Milagro –UNEMI– Ecuador Accounting and Audit Engineer with a Master's Degree in Social and Solidarity Economy Administration, with around five years of experience in the analysis and management of financial resources, payroll, budget, and structural indices, active participant in public investment projects, as well as in the optimization, monitoring, and evaluation of economic, financial, and social results of programs public and private.
