Vanessa Izquierdo-Álvarez

Vanessa Izquierdo-Álvarez is a professor in the Department of Didactics, Organisation and Research Methods at the University of Salamanca. She holds a PhD, a degree in Pedagogy and a Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Learning Difficulties from the University of Salamanca. She has worked as a Specialist in the Digital Learning Unit of the Digital Production and Innovation Service of the University of Salamanca. Previously, she has held positions as training manager and project manager in several companies in the education sector. She has led numerous content virtualisation projects and open knowledge experiences (Mooc). She writes and presents extensively on topics related to information and communication technologies, instructional design, Moocs, content virtualisation and virtual learning and teaching.
