Víctor Rangel-Licea

Victor Rangel Licea received the B.Eng (Hons) degree in Computer Engineering in the Engineering Faculty from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in 1996, the M.Sc in Telematics at from the University of Sheffield, UK in 1998, and the PhD in performance analysis and traffic scheduling in cable networks in 2002, from the University of Sheffield. Since 2002, he has been with the School of Engineering, UNAM, where he is currently a Research-Professor in telecommunications networks. His research focuses on fixed, mesh and mobile broadband wireless access networks, QoS over IP, traffic shaping and scheduling.
