Venesser Fernandes

Venesser Fernandes is an internationally recognised expert in research on educational leadership studies, especially in the areas of Continuous Improvement Systems, Data-Improved Decision-making Processes, Evidence-based Educational Improvement Systems, Equitable School Systems and Educational Policy Analysis and Development. She teaches Masters courses in Education and Educational Leadership at Monash University. She is an international consultant on school effectiveness and improvement working with system leaders, school leaders and teachers on sustaining and improving educational quality.
