Vistolina Nuuyoma

Vistolina Nuuyoma is a senior lecturer and researcher in the School of Nursing and Public Health, within the Faculty of Health Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, at the University of Namibia, Namibia. She earned her PhD in Nursing Education from the University of Johannesburg in the Republic of South Africa (RSA). Her PhD work focused on strategies to facilitate community engagement in the Faculty of Health Sciences. Vistolina holds a master’s degree in health science education from Stellenbosch University in the RSA, and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Western Cape in the RSA. Her research interests are in teaching and learning in clinical contexts and community settings, community engagement and scholarship of engagement.
