Abstract

As network multimedia technology has advanced rapidly, video communication has made enormous strides and has been used in many educational industries. The use of educational video communication is a simple, effective, and convenient method of communication. A fast and energy-efficient blockchain clustering algorithm is proposed to pick the desired cluster head in software-defined networking (SDN). This research suggests using an adaptive resource allocation method and secure communication networks to improve the quality of instructional video transmission. To better educational management resources (EMR), this research suggests using a particle swarm algorithm (PSA). Using the PSA-EMR, an extended particle swarm optimization model suggests a low-complexity solution for adaptive central and distributed resource allocation in communication networks. The method improves the productivity and accuracy of the teaching team. Finally, a cost-effective digital framework for collecting and transmitting high-quality instructional content was developed to conclude the research.

Introduction Of Educational Management Resources

Automation and information management will impact the existing high school teaching management, educational administration management, and the school's general growth (Gu et al., 2021). Many domestic and international educational institutions, especially those in more developed countries, have devoted considerable time and energy to improving educational management practices and patterns (Wang et al., 2021). These features can be found in various significant school management systems (Shakeelet al., 2021). When dealing with real-time transactions, it is especially useful for assessing how network traffic affects overall system performance and efficiency, among other things. SDN is employed in the Internet of Things (IoT) applications to reduce response time and safety concerns, and SDN now uses multiple decentralized controllers instead of a single central controller. While these methods have weaknesses from the standpoint of current information technology and school administration, they nevertheless need to be improved by education administrators (Wang et al., 2021).

In the administration of academic teaching institutions, talent development is the primary goal, and students are the primary training object (Thomas et al., 2010). Teaching affairs management and the whole teaching process work together to achieve the teaching aim (Tang et al., 2021). There is a culture of talent that encompasses everything from grades to course selection to student(Kumar et al.2020)enrollment to teaching programs to systems management to teaching materials management to teaching auxiliary links (Shepherd et al.2014). Reduced packet loss and increased efficiency are the primary goals of using multiple modules. Utilizing the SDN network, users will have immediate access to their required resources. Students and teachers alike need to be taught how to effectively manage and arrange teaching resources to be used effectively and efficiently to achieve high-quality training goals, which necessitates educators to manage and organize teaching resources reasonably (Subramani et al., 2014). Teaching resources must be managed and organized to ensure that the teaching process is orderly (Wei et al., 2021). That teaching resources are completely used to achieve high-quality people training goals.

Schools increasingly use network communication technology and computer-aided teaching, administration, and management in their informatization strategies(Gong et al., 2021). These academic management systems employ network resources and modern computer technology (Elazab et al.2015) to meet the aims of teaching programs, student statuses, course choices and management, and information technology and automation in the network of academic activity at many institutions (Tai et al.2012). Additional modern technology is blockchain, decentralized advancements that can be combined with SDN-based IoT applications in the future. The hash function links together various blocks, and each block is stored in one place. School credit system installation and efficient size and diversification trends make teaching management more difficult (Amudha et al., 2021).
