Description & Coverage
Description:

In an era characterized by the swift transformation of technology, organizations must adjust in order to maintain competitiveness within the hospitality sector. "Marketing Tech-Infused Hospitality: Upskilling Frontline Employees for Competitiveness" is a comprehensive book for hospitality businesses seeking to incorporate technology into their activities in order to empower and upskill the frontline workers for competitive edge. This book covers variety of topics, such as the influence of technology on the hospitality sector, identifying the necessary competencies for frontline staff in a technology-driven setting, creating training programs, utilizing technology for customer service and interaction, and the future of technology-integrated hospitality.

This publication will significantly impact the research community by addressing a critical gap in the literature. While much attention has been given to the technological advancements in the hospitality industry, there is limited research on the role of frontline employees and how they can be upskilled to leverage these technologies effectively. This book will help readers gain a better knowledge of how technology may be utilized in the hospitality sector to improve customer experience and frontline employee abilities by offering case studies, best practices, and practical insights.
