Graphic Designer

IGI Global is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual to fill the full-time position of Graphic Designer. Under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for utilizing software to design and standardize all imagery associated with IGI Global products. This includes print, video, and web graphics. Required Skills:
  • Must have experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Microsoft Office

Requirements: A minimum of an earned Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

Editorial Intern

IGI Global is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and research skills to fill a part-time (15-20 hours per week) position as an Editorial Intern in the Acquisitions Department of the company. The Editorial Intern assists with a variety of editorial and administrative tasks including ongoing composition of concise communications targeting prospective authors and editors, online research, and file organization. Qualified candidates should have excellent communication both in writing and verbal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, meet established deadlines, and work well independently. Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred. Publishing, copy editing, and online research experience is a plus, but not required. Third and fourth year college students are invited to apply as well as those who already have an earned bachelor’s degree (please note that those who are active students are requested to still fulfill the 15-20 hour per week schedule over winter break). Editorial Interns will be able to collaborative with management to customize their respective schedule upon hire.

Administrative Assistant

IGI Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant who under the supervision of the Assistant to the President/CEO, will perform a wide range of activities in support of company-wide operations. This individual will be expected to perform daily administrative tasks including human resource activities, maintaining files, supporting preparation of meetings and research and documentation for special projects that will facilitate operations and long-term growth of the company, while also maintaining complete confidentiality.

Requirements: A minimum of an earned Associate’s Degree in Buniness or a related discipline.
