Abstract

The central focus of leadership theories in social psychology and organizational studies is on inclusive leadership. Persistent, naturally inclusive leaders seek diverse viewpoints and evaluate their journey. They build strategic intent and cooperate more successfully with others. Inclusive leaders have original social and ethical values, innate personal systems, and moral responsibility. They shape followers' behaviors through consciousness, open-mindedness, fearlessness, humility, and tolerance, fostering an environment where employees from diverse backgrounds feel respected and valued.

Justification Of The Study

A debate is a method of comparing and contrasting ideas in which the value of persistent leadership is emphasized to arrive at a decision that is both theoretically relevant and true. Claims, supporting evidence, and consequences are the three pillars upon which resolves a dispute rests. The assertion states the point of view the arguer hopes to impress onto the viewers. Some say great leaders are born, while others argue they must be developed. The assertion is supported by proof or third-party verification provided by the consent. This chapter gathers literature and builds an argument to support the leadership persistence theory.
