Abstract
The chapter relates positive leadership and effective coaching to drive sociocultural development, especially in countries with emerging economies, emphasizing the need for ethical, inspiring, and trained leaders, whose function acts as a transformative catalyst of the society. The chapter focuses on a comprehensive methodology that covers various styles of leadership and coaching; it's important to adapt specific strategies for the stakeholders with a coaching and leadership focus. For the development of political leadership, it's crucial to integrate the skills for each situation, as well as to consider the position of each stakeholder. The main skills that must be addressed are motivational and emotional intelligence to address social demands and to promote quality governance. Sociocultural development must address political and economic aspects, but also cultural elements such as contemporary music messages, as part of the culture of society and public policies that formulate strategies to implement proposals that analyze the different factors for sociocultural change.
