|Brij Gupta - Editor|Prof. Brij B. Gupta is working as Director of International Center for AI and Cyber Security Research and Innovations, and Distinguished Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE), Asia University, Taiwan. In more than 18 years of his professional experience, he published over 500 papers in journals/conferences including 35 books and 12 Patents with over 25,000 citations. He has received numerous national and international awards including Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship (2009), Faculty Research Fellowship Award (2017), MeitY, GoI, IEEE GCCE outstanding and WIE paper awards and Best Faculty Award (2018 & 2019), NIT KKR, respectively. Prof. Gupta was selected for Clarivate Web of Science Highly Cited Researchers in Computer Science (top 0.1% researchers in the world) consecutively in 2022 and 2023. Also, he was also selected in Stanford University's ranking of the world's top 2% scientists consecutively in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. He is also a visiting/adjunct professor with several universities worldwide. He is also an IEEE Senior Member (2017) and also selected as 2021 Distinguished Lecturer in IEEE CTSoc. Dr Gupta is also serving as Member-in-Large, Board of Governors, IEEE Consumer Technology Society (2022-2024). Prof Gupta is also leading IJSWIS, IJSSCI, STE and IJCAC as Editor-in-Chief. Moreover, he is also serving as lead-editor of a Book Series with CRC and IET press. He also served as TPC members in more than 150 international conferences also serving as Associate/Guest Editor of various journals and transactions. His research interests include information security, Cyber physical systems, cloud computing, blockchain technologies, intrusion detection, AI, social media and networking.
Dharma P. Agrawal has been serving as the Ohio Board of Regents Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computing Systems, University of Cincinnati, OH. He was a Visiting Professor of ECE at the Carnegie Mellon University, on sabbatical leave during the autumn 2006 and winter 2007 Quarters. He has been a faculty member at North Carolina State University, (1982- 1998) and Wayne State University, (1977-1982). He has been a consultant to the General Dynamics Land Systems Division, Battelle, Inc., and the U. S. Army. He has held visiting appointments at AIRMICS, Atlanta, GA, and the AT&T Advanced Communications Laboratory, Whippany, NJ. He has published a number of papers in the areas of Parallel System Architecture, Multicomputer Networks, Routing Techniques, Parallelism Detection and Scheduling Techniques, Reliability of Real-Time Distributed Systems, Modeling of C-MOS Circuits, and Computer Arithmetic. His recent research interests include applications of sensor networks in monitoring Parkinson’s disease patients and neurosis, applications of sensor networks in monitoring fitness of athletes’ personnel wellness, applications of sensor networks in monitoring firefighters physical condition in action, efficient secured communication in Sensor networks, secured group communication in Vehicular Networks, use of Femto cells in LTE technology and interference issues, heterogeneous wireless networks, and resource allocation and security in mesh networks for 4G technology. He has eight approved patents, one personal pending patent and twenty four patent filings in the area of wireless cellular networks. He received B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Raipur, India, in 1966, M.S. (Honors) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, in 1968, and the D. Sc. Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1975. He has been very active professionally. He has co-authored several books and delivered keynote speeches at 40 different international conferences. He has published 675 papers, given 57 different tutorials and extensive training courses in various conferences in USA, and numerous institutions in Taiwan, Korea, Jordan, UAE, Malaysia, and India in the areas of Ad hoc and Sensor Networks and Mesh Networks, including security issues. He has been appointed as the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Central European Journal of Computer Science, Versita.
Shingo Yamaguchi is currently an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Yamaguchi University, Japan. He received the B.E., M.E. and D.E. degrees from Yamaguchi University, Japan, in 1992, 1994 and 2002, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor (Research Associate) in the Faculty of Engineering, Yamaguchi University, from 1997 to 2007. He was also a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Computer Science at University of Illinois at Chicago, United States, in 2007. Since 2008 he has been at the present post. He has published almost 100 transaction, proceeding, and survey papers of IEEE, IEICE, and so on. He was a Conference Chair of IEEE international conferences such as GCCE 2014 and GCCE 2015. He is currently the Chapter Chair of IEEE Consumer Electronics Society West Japan Joint Chapter. He is an Area Editor of IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences. He is a senior member of IEEE and IEICE.
