Editor/Author Biographies
Olcay Polat received his Industrial Engineering PhD degree from the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) with the scholarship of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in 2013. He has been working as Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Pamukkale University (Turkey). He has a special interest in supply chain management, logistics and transportation optimization, production management and risk management. He has been published more that 100 papers in respected journals, conference proceedings and books.
Görkem Gülhan graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban and Regional Planning. He completed his master's degree at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning. He completed his PhD at Pamukkale University, Department of Civil Engineering, specialising in transport planning. His research interests focus on transport master plans, accessibility and transport planning. Apart from transport, he is interested in urban design, urban sociology, numerical methods in planning. He has publications in many national and international indexes. He is currently working as an associate professor at Pamukkale University, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Department of Urban and Regional Planning.
