May 5, 2015, Hershey, PA – IGI Global, an international publisher of progressive academic research, is pleased to announce new Editor-in-Chiefs for the following journals:

Professor George Kelley (University of Massachusetts, USA)
New Editor-in-Chief of Information Resources Management Journal, Est. 1988
Professor Kelley has had a 30+ year dual-career in industry and academia. He has served as manager of information systems for publicly traded and private companies, with layered staff and capital and operating budget responsibilities, and has traveled widely nationally and internationally as a consultant for businesses and government entities. As a professor of management information systems at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, Prof. Kelley functions as an active research scholar and published author, journal article and book reviewer, teacher and mentor, and conference speaker and organizer. Prof. Kelley is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego State University, and Texas A&M University, and did his post-doctoral work at the California Institute Of Technology, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and the University Of Cincinnati.

Dr. Francisco José García-Peñalvo (University of Salamanca, Spain)
New Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Information Technology Research, Est. 2008
Professor Francisco J. García-Peñalvo received his PhD in Computer Science (2000) from the University of Salamanca, Spain. He works as a Professor in the Computer Science Department of the University of Salamanca. He is the Director of the research GRoup in InterAction and e-Learning (GRIAL). His main research interests are e-Learning systems, web engineering, semantic web, human–computer interaction and software reuse.

Dr. Andy Borchers (Lipscomb University, USA)
New Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Cases on Information Technology, Est. 1999
Dr. Andy Borchers, DBA is a Professor of Management and Chair of the Department of Management, Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. Before moving to Lipscomb in 2011, Andy spent 20 years in the auto industry and taught at Lawrence Technological University and Kettering University. His teaching and research interests cover a broad range of computing and business subjects including enterprise systems, analytics, databases, environmental sustainability and entrepreneurship. Andy has published numerous case studies in IGI and other outlets.

The Information Resources Management Journal, Journal of Information Technology Research, and Journal of Cases on Information Technology were previously edited by Dr. Mehdi Khosrow-Pour (Information Resources Management Association, USA). Mehdi Khosrow-Pour, D.B.A. received his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Nova Southeastern University (Florida, USA). Dr. Khosrow-Pour taught undergraduate and graduate information system courses at the Pennsylvania State University – Harrisburg for 20 years. He is currently Executive Editor at IGI Global and also serves as Executive Director of the Information Resources Management Association (IRMA) (www.irma-international.org), and Executive Director and President of the World Forgotten Children’s Foundation (www.world-forgotten-children.org). He is the author/editor of over twenty books in information technology management.
