Hassane Amaazoul

Hassane Amaazoul , a Doctor of Economics and Management, is a lecturer and researcher at ENCG Dakhla, Ibn Zohr University, Agadir (Morocco). He teaches, among other things, HRM, Strategic Management, and Intercultural Management. His research focuses on CSR, Sustainable Development, and Performance. He is a member of several associations and academic circles: ORSEM at ISCAE (Casablanca), RIODD (Montpellier), and ADERSE (Lyon). On January 18, 2023, I received the Best Article Award from the Sustainable Finance Competition for researchers from French-speaking emerging countries. This Award is organized by the United Nations-Francophone PRI Network (Principles for Responsible Investment), the Forum for Responsible Investment (FIR) and the African Chair in Innovations and Sustainable Management at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (CAIMD-UM6P), for my article entitled “CSR and financial performance: a study of 107 Moroccan companies” published in 2021 in the Journal “Recherches en Sciences de Gestion” (France). Author of several contributions to the “Regards Croisés” section of the journal “Question(s) de Management”
