Igor Litvinchev

Igor Litvinchev Igor Litvinchev is a Head of Department at Computing Center Russian Academy of Sciences (CC RAS), Moscow and Professor at Nuevo Leon State University (UANL), Postgraduate Program in Systems Engineering,Monterrey, Mexico. Received his M.Sc. (1979) degree from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Fizteh), Moscow, Russia, and Ph.D. (1984) and Dr.Sci. (1995) degrees in systems modeling and optimization from CC RAS. He has held positions at universities in Brazil, Mexico, and Norway, as well as positions at various universities and research centers in Russia. His research focuses on large-scale system modeling, optimization, and control. Dr. Litvinchev is a member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and Mexican Academy of Sciences.
