Jolly Sushma
is an Assistant Professor at the School of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore, India. She holds a doctoral degree in Finance and has over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Her areas of interest include financial markets, investment management, sustainable finance, ESG, FinTech, and emerging technologies in finance. Dr. Sushma has presented and published research in national and international conferences and journals and has actively contributed to curriculum design, faculty development programs, and industry–academia initiatives. She is also engaged in research on green finance, digital finance, and innovation-driven financial ecosystems.
