K. J. Amala
AMALA K. J.
received the B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and the M.E. degree in Computer Science from Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering with the Data Science and Business Systems at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu, India. She has qualified for the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) and has over 12 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate computer science education. Her research interests include Learning to Rank, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Her current research focuses on integrating contextual and positional biases into attention-based two-tower models for click prediction and modeling dynamic user behaviors using Bayesian nonparametric approaches. She has experience working with large-scale web search datasets and is dedicated to developing interpretable, adaptive, and user-centric information retrieval systems.
