Mahmuda Naznin
is a research and policy analyst specializing in development economics, economics of education, public policy, and digitalization of key development sectors, including education. She has received her degrees on Master of Social Science and Master of Development Economics, both from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has contributed to a wide range of research and policy projects supported by organizations such as the World Bank, JICA, JETRO, GPE, the LEGO Foundation, FHI 360, and the Government of Bangladesh. She has also published in peer-reviewed Q1 journals and books. Her work spans diverse areas including education sector analysis, labor market intelligence, financial inclusion, AI in education, digitalization of education, climate literacy and public policy analysis, with applications across Bangladesh and comparative contexts involving South, Southeast and East Asian regions.
