Manoj Kumar
is an Assistant Professor with over four years of academic experience and two years as a professional soft skills trainer, complemented by corporate exposure through his work with multinational companies, which enriches his teaching with practical insights. He has held faculty positions at Uttaranchal University and AP Goyal Shimla University and is currently serving at Chandigarh University. A two-time UGC NET qualifier and recipient of the Star Educator Award, he is presently pursuing a Ph.D. at APG Shimla University with research focused on the Role of Green Marketing Tools. His academic expertise includes teaching courses such as Strategic Management, Business Society and Law, and AI in Social Sciences, while his research interests lie in green marketing, consumer behaviour, and the intersection of management with technology and society.
