Mona Hida

Mona Hida is a PhD in Management Sciences from the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences, Ain Chock (FSJES Ain Chock), Hassan II University of Casablanca, where her research examines the impact of board composition on the quality of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure among Moroccan firms. She also holds a Master’s degree in Finance (2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Techniques (2016) from the same faculty. Her research interests include corporate governance, board composition, and ESG reporting in emerging markets.
