Rena Alasgarova
is the Deputy Head of Secondary Academics at Baku-Oxford School and a leading voice at the intersection of education, ethics, and innovation. With a diverse academic background, including a Ph.D. in International Leadership and ongoing doctoral research in General Linguistics at Charles University in Prague, her work focuses on first language attrition, teacher development, and purposeful curriculum design. Dr. Alasgarova also teaches at ADA University, where she designed and leads Azerbaijan’s first graduate course on the ethical and practical use of AI in education, equipping future educators to critically engage with emerging technologies in the classroom.
