Samrat Ray
is Dean & Head of Research & International Relations at IIMS Pune, a Global Academic Leader, and Accomplished Educator having worked in various countries in Europe, Russia, Latvia, and the Middle East (Dubai). He has Expertise in Research and Accreditation Processes and is focused on Building World-Class Academic Institutions. Additionally, Dr. Ray has facilitated 15+ international partnerships with top-tier universities across the United States, Europe and Asia, enabling impactful research collaborations, faculty exchange programs and student mobility opportunities. Regarding research, Dr. Ray has an H-index of 38 and 3,000+ citations, I have directed research initiatives that have contributed over 150 high-impact publications in Scopus, SSCI and Web of Science-indexed journals. He has integrated Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into academic frameworks, aligning education with societal goals while fostering resilience through digital transformation.
