Óscar Gonzalo
Óscar Gonzalo
is a seasoned psychologist with extensive expertise in intellectual disabilities and psychopedagogical support for students with special educational needs. He has collaborated closely with the Social Affairs Service at the University of Salamanca and multiple university training programs, where he has served as a mentor for college students with educational differences, helping them navigate academic challenges and build confidence in university settings. Currently, Óscar is a researcher at both the Institute on Community Integration (INICO) and the Institute for Biomedical Research of Salamanca (IBSAL), where his research focuses on disability, educational inclusion, quality of life, and mental health. His commitment to advancing knowledge in these fields has led him to participate in numerous international scientific conferences on disability and inclusive education, sharing insights and learning from global peers. His combined experience as psychologist and researcher positions him as a leader in disability studies and inclusive education, where he continues to influence best practices and support transformative initiatives that enhance quality of life and inclusivity for individuals with disabilities.
