Syed Haider Ali Shah
is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Abdullah Gül University, Turkey. With over 11 years of combined academic and industry experience, he brings rich expertise and a dynamic perspective to his teaching and training. Previously, Dr. Shah served as an Associate Professor at Bahria Business School, Bahria University Islamabad, Pakistan, where he dedicated 8 years to teaching, research, and academic leadership. He earned his PhD from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, specializing in Human Resource Practices, Leadership, and Management. His research interests span Green HR Practices, Organizational Behavior, Sustainability, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Talent Management, CSR, and Pro-Environmental Behavior. Dr. Shah has an impressive record of research publications in impact factor journals, including those indexed in ABDC, ABS, Scopus, and HEC-recognized journals. He has actively contributed to the academic community by presenting papers at numerous national and international conferences, where he has also chaired sessions and served as a reviewer for reputed journals.
