Abstract
Although cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) have completely changed the digital world, there are serious security risks associated with their combination. This chapter addresses threats such as data breaches, adversarial attacks, and compliance difficulties while examining the crucial role that security plays in preserving smooth operations. It investigates the relationship between artificial intelligence and cloud security, pointing out weaknesses and demonstrating cutting-edge fixes like encryption, safe model deployment, and ongoing monitoring. It is critically examined how generative AI may both forecast dangers and make security more difficult. Proactive security approaches with an emphasis on scalability, adaptability, and regulatory compliance are highlighted in real-world case studies. Strong, multi-layered security frameworks are recommended in the chapter's conclusion to safeguard cloud-based AI systems while encouraging creativity and adaptability.
