The integration of telemedicine and soft computing technologies has revolutionized prenatal care, enabling remote consultations, continuous monitoring, and personalized interventions. This chapter explores the application of telemedicine platforms, remote monitoring devices, AI-driven decision support systems, and predictive modeling in enhancing maternal and fetal health outcomes.
