Abeni El-Amin, Ph.D., Ed.D., D.PC., MPsy - I/O, LSSMBB, is a globally recognized thought leader on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She helps organizations develop a culture of belongingness through innovative and thought-provoking trainings. Based on two decade’s worth of research, Dr. El-Amin believes that to achieve organizational safe spaces we need to fix organizational cultures. Dr. El-Amin is an author, international university lecturer, trainer, and speaker. Dr. El-Amin is co-founder of Titan and Mogul, Inc., a global consultancy that provides lean six sigma and HR consultancy focusing on DEIB to improve organizational culture.
