Abstract

Student competence includes process of the organization, transfer and assimilation of knowledge, skills of activity. Educational processes (or otherwise, training process) are connected with development of training in time and space and mean consecutive system of actions. Traditionally, research and study process of training is connected with transfer of knowledge by the teacher to the pupil (or to the trainee). The course of training, since ancient times, began to apply various supportive applications promoting acceleration, strengthening of understanding. In modern times, the process of training became impossible without use of computer equipment. It led to emergence of a new paradigm of educational process – electronic education, which is realized in the form of distance education. This chapter 7 students', from National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Faculty of Engineering Cybernetic, =scientific competence in study period from 1967-1972.

Background

Didactic principles of administrative organization of such training processes are basically the same, but the means are implemented by specific, caused by new technology, training, virtual learning environment features. Accordingly, the network is not a form of learning is not Internet-based technologies determine their choice for the didactic component of the system, and the general concept of education.

In the chapter, we consider the administrative target component didactic pedagogical training system for innovative activity, using a virtual learning environment. In our opinion, considered training includes a fairly wide range of tasks, among which is necessary to highlight the priority.

Therefore, under the priority (priority objectives), we understand the basic, the most important directions of didactic system, defining the content and nature of the pedagogical interaction teaching and learning. The general priorities of training teachers to innovate with, we believe the virtual educational environment: promotion and development of intellectual activity of students, involving them in the selection, elaboration and organization of the material.

Motivation: The act or an instance of motivating, arousing desire to do, creating interest or drive by incentive or inducement. It is also a psychological that arouses, sustains and regulates human behavior.

Learning Goals and Objectives: Joint pedagogical aspects.

Pedagogy of Self-Development: Science on the ability to overcome the contradictions of the development efforts of the participants in the educational process: setting goals, designing a new state of the educational system and the steps to achieve it, the adjustment of education and educational processes, objective analysis of the progress.

Pedagogical Process: Developing systemic interaction between teachers and students aimed at achieving the set goals and leading to a pre-planned change of state, i.e., the transformation of their qualities and behavior, personal development.

Decision-Making: A rational and logical process of choosing the best alternative or course of action among the available options.

Creative: Ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc. It includes originality, progressiveness, or imagination.

Polyfunctionality: The possibility of using various different components of the medium, suitable for use in different types of student’s activity.

Management Education: The act or process of imparting or acquiring knowledge to develop the members of the executive or administration of an organization or business, managers or employers collectively, or train in the techniques, practice, or science of managing, controlling or dealing, in the skillful or resourceful use of materials, time, etc.

Pedagogical and Engineering Features: Effective application in education is not technological and managerial challenges of modern education, since its solution involves regulation of relations between all subsystems and elements of the educational system.

Sense Creation: The establishment of communication between the students for the purpose of educational activities and their motivation, in other words, between the teaching result, and the fact that motivates the activity for which it is implemented.

Studying and Training in Joint Activities: Organizational aspects for training.

Knowledge: The fact or condition of knowing something with familiarity gained through experience or association, acquaintance with or understanding of a science, art, or technique, the range of one’s information or understanding, the circumstance or condition of apprehending truth or fact through reasoning or the fact or condition of having information or of being learned. Knowledge is acquaintance with facts, truths, or principles, as from study or investigation; general erudition, familiarity or conversance, as with a particular subject or branch of learning including acquaintance or familiarity gained by sight, experience, research or report.

Competence: Refers to the capacity of individuals/ employees to act in a wide variety of situations. It’s their education, skills, experience, energy and their attitudes that will make or break the relationships with the customers and the products or services that are provided.

Self-Development: Self-improvement and development of personal qualities. In this process, people concentrate on their desires and goals, and constantly produce new knowledge to achieve. This process is essential for achieving success in life.

Online & Blended Learning of Adults: Learners are adults, and training is carried out continuously throughout life. The purpose of adult education is closely associated with certain socio-psychological, occupational, household, personal problems, or factors or conditions with sufficiently clear ideas about further application of acquired knowledge, skills and qualities.

Pedagogy of Formation: Science on formation the process of purposeful and organized social actors for mastering integrity, stability characteristics and qualities necessary to succeed in life.

Globalization: Worldwide integration and development, the process enabling financial and investment markets to operate internationally, largely as a result of deregulation and improved communications.
