The resilience and reliability of healthcare supply chain models were put to the test by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). This study investigated the application of supply chain systems in South African healthcare institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. A systematic literature review (SLR) was employed to explore the performance of existing supply chain systems, followed by a case study that tested and compared the acquisition and distribution of COVID-19 resources. The SLR revealed that most of the flare-ups were exacerbated by the acquisition of insufficient resources and speculative shortages as the supply chain systems got overwhelmed by the unprecedented demand. The simulation of the real-world data of South Africa revealed gaps in the distribution of resources, allocation of medical staff to administer COVID-19 vaccines, and shortages of vaccines. The study recommends development of effective contextual (SA) healthcare supply chain systems to support the containment of pandemic flare-ups. The study was conducted in South Africa and only reported data was used.

The rapid development of multimedia technology has brought great changes to people's lives and production. Computer viruses also spread widely through the network. In order to solve the above problems, this article intends to use multimedia technology to control computer viruses, and proposes a virus control method based on SICES model. According to the controlled SICES model and the set objective function, the influence of users' online behavior patterns on virus propagation can be explored, and an optimal control problem is proposed. Through theoretical analysis, the existence of optimal control is proved, and the optimal system is obtained. Numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the optimal control strategy. In addition, in order to optimize the objective function to make its value smaller, and to control the proportion of infected nodes at a lower level, users should choose the corresponding online behavior mode according to different network structures. For example, on the WS small world network, the network should be frequently disconnected or always kept online.

Based on thindiscussion of the traditional agricultural product distribution model, this article establishes a low-carbon perspective of urban agricultural product co-distribution model to reduce the level of agricultural product circulation and reduce the impact of distribution activities on the environment. By comprehensively considering the factors affecting carbon emissions in the vehicle delivery process, the fuel consumption and carbon emissions estimation models of delivery vehicles are analyzed and put forward. A mathematical model for the optimization of urban agricultural product cold chain distribution routes from a low-carbon perspective is established. This article takes a logistics center as an example, selects genetic algorithm as the model solution method, optimizes the distribution route, and obtains the corresponding result, thus verifying the rationality and feasibility of the model.

China's exploration of the legal application of big data is still far from thorough enough. This article proposes a universal suitable for hierarchical big data storage systems, which can quickly add new cache policies when needed and provide cache scheduling strategies. The neural training algorithm used in legal information systems implements a complete parallel computing framework for large-scale neural network training, supporting distributed storage and management of large-scale sample data. The experimental results show that the framework has good scalability and fault tolerance, and can quickly train legal information systems, improving their efficiency and response speed. This provides new ideas and methods for the design and development of legal information systems.

For governmental and non-governmental enterprises to tackle risk management with conviction, enterprise management risk assessment (EMRA) is required. This work proposes a research methodology based on an AI-based data mining algorithm (MSVM+EFCNN) for evaluating enterprise-related risks. Initially, all the possible risk assessment indexes of the enterprise are established using a large variety of identification parameters. Then, the data mining algorithms are trained by considering the previous data for building an EMRA model. At last, the current conditions are analyzed using a cluster of risk indicators, and the risk index is identified via the EMRA model. The support vector machine is used for classification purposes, and the fuzzy-based convolutional neural network is enhanced with a genetic algorithm for creating the enterprise risk assessment. The results obtained after keen analysis and experimentation indicate that the data mining algorithms used in this work can evaluate the enterprise-related risks effectively.
