Abstract

The organizational ethical climate intrinsically refers to a moral atmosphere represented by core values that govern decision-making processes, and stems from the collective perceptions and concerns that guide organizational behaviors, instilled by multilevel governance models, flagships of policies and practices that regulate everyday interactions in workplaces. A series of questions of ethical nature have been bleeping on the radar of HRM, stressing the importance of its critical contribution towards tackling complex issues and helping to forge sustainable ethical climates. Dealing with such potentially ominous issues and contents, strategically requires a proactive and preventive approach, that must be able to inspire holistic awareness policies across corporate levels, acknowledging and promoting ethical leaderships and setting up liquid communication channels, forged on cultures of embedded transparency, embracing justice and righteousness, respecting individuals and their dimensional traces with equanimity and tolerance as to all their indelible human and social diversities.
