Mukesh Shankar Bharti Mukesh Shankar Bharti is a research scholar with a research background in foreign affairs and area studies research. The author holds a PhD degree in International Relations with a specialization in Central and Eastern Europe (European Politics). His research area includes democracy promotion, political institutions, the European Union, geopolitics, the African Political System and South Asia. He is visiting faculty at Amity Institute of International Studies, Amity University, Noida, India. He is also teaching as a political science guest faculty at the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board, University of Delhi, Delhi, India.
