Connie Crosby, author of the "Communities in the Workplace" and "Getting Started With Social Media for Knowledge Management", chapters in Knowledge Management Practice in Organizations: The View From Inside, will be speaking on the panel "Change Strategies & Experiences" on Thursday, November 6 at 4:15 pm. The session looks at change in three organizations: a public sector department working towards a knowledge-sharing culture; organizational learning and challenging the status quo inside a managing consulting company; and the implementation of SharePoint in an insurance company to facilitate workflows, learning and communication.
