Agata Borowska-Pietrzak , PhD, Assistant Professor at the Organization and Management Unit in the Department of HRM at the Faculty of Management, University of Gdansk, Poland. Her research interest is extrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, commitment, job burnout, prevention of PTSD in the work environment, building mental resilience, and Generation Z on the labour market. She is a certified educator in a scope of mental resilience building by the Israel Community Stress Prevention Center. She has over 50 publications in the field of HRM. She has lectured abroad at universities such as the University of Split (Croatia), UIT Quimper (France), University of Cadiz (Spain), and Budapest Business School (Hungary).
