Aliza Batool

Aliza Batool currently enrolled in PhD Food Science and Technology in the Department of Food science and Technology Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture, Multan, Pakistan. I am a PhD Scholar and hold MSc hons degree in Food Science and Technology with research title ‘Nutraceutical potential of flaxseed oil with special reference to cancer’. And now in PhD am working on the topic ‘Hypolipidemic potential of olive oil and its food application’. I have great interest in the management of different diseases through healthy diet and functional food. I have write multiple research paper, peer reviewed paper and book chapters. I present my research work in national and international level and my area of research is, food nutrition, product development, food technology, food safety and quality.
