Alreem M. Al-Adba

Alreem Al-Adba is a PhD student at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, in the program of Humanities and Social Sciences. She got her Master's degree in Audiovisual Translation from Hamad Bin Khalifa University, and got her Bachelor's in English Linguistics from Qatar University. She worked previously as a Senior Translator, and currently works as a Research Project Manager at Qatar University Press. Alreem also published a paper titled: “Transadapting Western Picture Books Into the Arabic Culture: The Finnish Snow Queen and the Qatari Desert Queen” in Frontiers in Communication, a cross-disciplinary Journal.
