Amye Melton is a management instructor in the Department of Management and Marketing at Austin Peay State University where she teaches business strategy, strategic management, organizational behavior, and organizational development. She received her B.S. from Campbellsville University, M.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University and D.B.A. from Walden University. Dr. Melton has had an extensive career in higher education administration for 19 years. She currently resides in Clarksville, TN with her husband, John
